Viking Village restaurant
Our Viking restaurant easily seats up 350 guests. Our emphasis is on the Viking Era and as you enter you step into the world of the past. The interior is in the Viking style and we offer true Viking feasts with traditional meals served in old fashioned Viking-style trays. Waiters and waitresses dressed in authentic Viking clothing and serve meals with flair. During these famous feasts there is not a dull moment and the guests can expect various treats and surprises offered by our singing Valkyries and Vikings. The fun reaches its height when the Head-Viking crowns one guest as an Honorary Viking. We are famous for coming up with creative and unusual ideas to accommodate different groups and needs, so don’t hesitate to contact us in order to let us customize your event.

The menu can, of course, be adapted on request, but we strongly recommend our three course “Viking dinner menu” which gives you the opportunity to experience traditional Icelandic food.

 

Fjaran Restaurant
Fjaran provides an elegant dining experience (a la carte) and can seat up to 58 guests. The house is ideally situated, offering picturesque view of the harbour. Built in 1841, recently renovated and restored to its original style, it provides a cosy, romantic atmosphere. We emphasize fish, lamb and game, but in Fjaran we offer a wide selection of gourmet dishes.  At weekends, we have live music and we can promise you a memorable moment of relaxation and enjoyment.
